1st day of nursery

Cord went to his first day of nursery today. He did such a great job. Travis said he just went strait to the toys and didn't look back! Such a big boy:)

He is really attatched to his blanket. He holds it close to his face and he sucks on his lip and makes the most adorable sound. He says bagah (blanket)

Cord has started glaring. It is hilarious. Most of the time he glares really good and laughs after but on the bad cranky days he means business:)

Holy smokes we havent ever had a child like this. Cord gets into and destroys everything!!!! I have to keep the chairs on top of the table all the time so he can't get up on things and destroy everything!! Child proof cabinets....ya right he just figured out to pull back and forth super hard and break them. If he ever gets into the pantry there is food strung all over the house. He pushes the dishwasher buttons and the water buttons on the fridge and spills water every where. Yesterday I found him with about a dozen tums in his mouth!!! He lookes like a frothing bull dog with rabies!!!!! He poops in the tub every time sometimes twice!!! Whenever he eats on his high chair his food ends up on his head or all spilled on the floor. If he gets in the bathroom its bye bye toilet paper or hello toilet water!!!!! He loves to turn the computer button on and off and destroy the keyboard. I found him on top of the computer desk where he found all 3 remote controlls and pulled up something crazy on my TV screen that Id never seen before and oh ya he stuck a plastic knife in my light socket and made all of the power go out in my house!!!! He got the diaper cream and rubbed it all over inside his ear!!! He broke into eastons room today and completely destroyed it. He dumped a whole bottle of breathe doterra oils out on his pants and all over eastons pillow!!! He plays with markers all of the time but suprisingly hasnt drawn me a beautiful picture on the wall yet. It is all quite hilarious!!! I am never suprised at the things he does:)

Cord is in a big boy bed now! He loved it and slept all night long!! Cooper and Cord share a room now. We put them to bed and Cooper goes right to bed bud Cord sings for and hour!! Sometimes you will hear Cooper say Cord be quiet:)

1st real hair cut

I trimmed his hair about 1/4 of an inch a month ago and it took all of the curls out! I was soooooo sad!!!!! So we finally gave him a normal hair cut! It was a sad day for me!! But now he looks like a little toddler with his big boy haircut and walking all over the place! Where did my baby go!!!! He is a big kid now!!!

Walking

cord started walking about a month ago. I got it on tape but I can't get my video's to upload. He has done awesome and is running now! He hasn't fallen and gotten any bumps or bruises yet! Pretty good on his feet! He does look like a little duck when he walks around fast though! So cute!!

17 months

I havent written down anything about cord! I wrote some things down on a note book but cant find it so he we go.

Cord loves fresh fruit! Pinapple, grapefruit, pears, bananas. Not to big on berries but he devours the other stuff!

Loves to dance and says, "dance, dance" every time music comes on.

Loves the Lorax

Says some words, ball, dada, mama, brighten, santa, all done, get down, bath, grandma, grandpa, nigh night, bye, barks like a dog,

throws fall on the ground tantrums

Blows kisses

Gives big huge pucker wet kisses like no child Ive ever seen!!

Loves to cuddle

when you pick him up and hug him he pats you on the back

Goes crazy at church like all of our boys did

Loves Brighten

Mastered the stairs months ago but slides down super fast on his belly now

Made it 17 months before he fell down grandmas stairs and got a goose egg on his forehead

Fallen off of the bed like 20 times

Sleeps like an angel from 7pm-7am since forever!!

Done with bottles about a month ago

Makes me rock him for about 5 minutes before he will let me put him down for naps and bedtime.

Makes the funniest faces.

A pretty happy kid

Was in the bath tub with cooper and cooper pooped (thats happend like 4 times!!!) Cord ate the poop and then threw up!! Sooooooo nasty!!!

Loves his grandparents. Runs to the door when grandma Joye comes to visit and gets all excited just like all of the other kids do!!

Is a little mess maker!! Gets into everything!!

Gets along with Cooper most of the time but they fight for attention a bunch too!

Wrestles with Cooper and can put up a good fight!

1st time sledding

We went sledding on new years day. Cord doesnt have any snow cloths so he stayed in the car with mom most of the time but we did bring him out for one run. He didn't know what to think. He didn't cry or freak out but once was enough:)
